ALLEGHANY COUNTY
Alleghany County Health Department
Group for people at any stage of HIV infection meets as need arises.

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY
HAVEN
Groups meet every other week at confidential locations. Common Threads is for anyone who is HIV+ dealing with social, emotional, medical, financial and bureaucratic issues, and to grieve when a member dies. Ties That Bind is for gay persons and bisexuals dealing with issues related to their sexual orientation and to being HIV+. The Addictions Group is for HIV+ people who are working on recovery. The Youth Group is for young people who are HIV+ or who have family members who are HIV+. The Women's Circle is a place for HIV+ women to share their special concerns and explore a holistic approach to health. The Family and Friends Support Group is for caregivers and significant others to share the stress of helping those with HIV and AIDS. Volunteer Open Forum provides information on current HIV/AIDS related issues by trained professionals. It also acts as a support group for anyone who provides direct client services.

AIDS Interfaith Network
Group to meet the specific religious and spiritual needs of people with HIV infection, their family, friends and significant others meets as need arises.

Women's Group meets Tuesdays 1:30-2:30 p.m. Stress Management Group meets Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. Spiritual Group meets Thursdays 1:30-2:30 p.m. Narcotics Anonymous Group meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Addictions Group meets Tuesdays 10:00-11:00 a.m. Night Riders Group for sex-workers meets Fridays at 10:00 p.m. Additional groups are forming.

HOPE Support Center
Groups meeting twice a month for children, teens and caregivers affected by HIV/AIDS. Ongoing bereavement groups for children, adolescents and adults. Family retreats form as need arises. Camp Matumaini is an annual weekend bereavement camp for families to address issues of loss and grief.
