MDBA BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2005

Board members are elected for two-year terms, and there is no limit to the number of terms each board member may serve. The President and two Trustees are elected during even-numbered years (2004, 2006, etc.). The Vice President, Secretary, and three Trustees are elected during odd-numbered years (2005, 2007, etc.). Each President appoints (chooses) the Treasurer with board approval. Elections take place in January. Please consider running for a board position!!

For example, in 2002 we elected a new President and two new Trustees. The rest of the Board Members continue to serve their terms. In 2003 elected a new Vice President and three Trustees.

The Minnesota DeafBlind Association (MDBA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization funded through a grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services - Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Division, member dues, and private donations. All donations are fully tax-deductible.
