BECOME A MEMBER OF MDBAClick this link for the print ready membership form. Print it and fill it out, and mail it to us with your membership check to MDBA, c/o Membership, 1821 University Ave. W., Suite S-117, St. Paul, MN 55104. After we process your membership form you will become a MDBA member. As a member, you will receive information about upcoming events, a subscription to the MDBA newsletter, and you will be able to run for office and vote during Board elections and business. No person, agency, organization otherwise eligible shall be denied MDBA membership on the basis of age, sex, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability. Membership Dues:
