the Board The Minnesota DeafBlind Association (MDBA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization funded through a grant from the Minnesota Department of Human Services - Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services Division, member dues, and private donations. All donations are fully tax-deductible. MDBA web site was originally designed and created by Marisa Bennett. |
